"Your Satisfaction is our Success!" is the core operating policy of South Shore Print & Graphics. All items detailed below flow from this core idea, and any situation which is not explicitly addressed returns to it for resolution.

1. Every order and file we receive at South Shore Print & Graphics is carefully reviewed and checked to make sure it will print properly. Although we take no responsibility for typos on supplied files, we do look for them, and will fix them or let you know about them during this part of the process. We will then notify you of any additional time or charges that may be required.

2. Any redos due to our error will be rerun correctly at no charge. Any reruns due to customer error will be rerun at a 40% discount from original job price.

3. All quoted delivery times start from final approval of file or copy. This includes Rush jobs to which additional charges have been applied.
